Therapy Online

Online therapy is a great alternative for anyone with time constraints or unable to travel to a session. I use Zoom, this is easy to set up; you can use it on a computer, iPad or a smartphone. Telephone sessions are also an option. Please be assured that whether in person, online or on the phone, I will create a safe space for you to talk about your problems and to express how you are feeling. I will listen non-judgmentally to what you are saying and will help you to make sense of what is going on for you. I am highly trained and qualified in a number of different approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness, I will explain the different ways of working and we will decide together which approach or combination of approaches will suit you best. 

Preliminary Phone Conversation
I like to have a no charge preliminary phone call before we start working together. During this call I will explain how I work, I will ask you a bit about what's going on for you and also what you would like to get from therapy. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions that you have and talk through any concerns. This call will give us the opportunity to decide if we are a good fit, to see if our schedules align and to see if indoors, outdoors or online suits you best.
