Therapy Indoors

I will create a comfortable, safe and held space where you can talk about your problems and express how you are feeling. I am highly trained and qualified in a number of different therapeutic approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapyand Mindfulness; whichever way we decide to work I will listen non-judgmentally to what you are saying and will help you to make sense of what is going on for you. Most of us are very good at bottling up how we are really feeling, this can serve us in the short term but sometimes these suppressed feelings will express themselves in more destructive ways such as explosive anger, frustration, depression, anxiety, self-harm and even physical illness. Often just getting to talk about your problems out loud to someone who is outside of your immediate circle but who has your best interests at heart can be really helpful. If you want to take a proactive approach to achieving your goals, this is also something therapy can help with. 

Preliminary Phone Conversation
I like to have a no charge preliminary phone call before we start working together. During this call I will explain how I work, I will ask you a bit about what's going on for you and also what you would like to get from therapy. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions that you have and talk through any concerns. This call will give us the opportunity to decide if we are a good fit, to see if our schedules align and to see if indoors, outdoors or online suits you best.
